I have moved to court 3 times on a matter in Family Court to be denied rule 3.1. I’ve been denied protection from domestic violence intentionally and denied records of my kids dad’s involvement and working for the prosecution. The first time I motion the court this was put under advisement for me on to hear any decision back and the second time continued and the third time completely denied rights without prejudice even though it was a completely prejudiced decision. I am a pro se litigant that has been purposely kept in the dark. case # 15-3-00782-2
